I actually managed to hit the craft room a little today. It was Mother's Day after all. Here are the cards I made for my friend for her fundraiser. Traci, they're headed your way!

Also as promised, the pork loin rib roast.

Pork Loin Rib Roast

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Buy a pork loin rib roast with 6 or 7 ribs.
Cover roast with mustard, salt, pepper and I usually sprinkle with crushed garlic too.
Put in a roasting pan with a little water or stock in the bottom of the pan.
Cook for one hour at 350 degrees.
After the hour, turn oven down to 250 degrees and cook for 4 to 5 hours.
It smells so good, it's hard to wait....but it's worth the wait!

Enjoy!
